Six Points ULI TAP

A ULI TAP, or Technical Assistance Panel, is a program by the Urban Land Institute (ULI) that brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts to provide objective advice on complex issues such as land use and development issues. In July of 2024, a ULI TAP was completed for the Six Points Neighborhood in Highland Park. Check out the final report below and leave a comment about what sticks out to you and what you are excited to work on for the future of neighborhood.

The Department of Planning and Development of Review will be working with the community to implement the recommendations of this report.
